1. General Overview

Welcome to Rolls N Wrap. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our restaurant services, mobile order applications, store outlet counter purchases, and third-party delivery orders. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Menu Prices & Taxes (GST)

All prices listed on our menu card, online web apps, and takeaway catalogs are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% on restaurant services is levied in accordance with Government regulations (GSTIN: 22CIVPS5283C1ZW).
• Prices are subject to revision without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the total billed price remains final.

3. Order Acceptance & Preparation

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our freshly rolled Kathi rolls, momos, and beverages:

• Every item is prepared fresh upon order confirmation. Order preparation times average between 10 to 15 minutes.
• Once an order is handed over to the kitchen for preparation, modifications or cancellations are not permitted.

4. Food Quality & FSSAI Compliance

We prioritize hygiene and food safety. Rolls N Wrap operates under FSSAI License Number 20526065001174.

• All raw ingredients, meat products, cottage cheese (paneer), and vegetables are sourced fresh daily and prepared under stringent quality controls.
• Customers with specific food allergies (such as dairy, gluten, nuts, or soy) are requested to inform our kitchen staff prior to placing an order.

5. Payments & EDC Transaction Security

We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Paytm EDC terminal transactions, and mobile wallets. In the event of a failed online transaction where money is deducted, the amount will automatically be refunded by your bank within 3 to 7 working days as per RBI guidelines.
